Afternoon Tea Reservation Information
1. Please email us at reservations@vintagerosetearoomandevents.com to request a reservation. Include the following information with your request: Date, time, number of guests (adults & children) and any *dietary restrictions.
2. Once your request is received, please allow 24-48 hours for our staff to process your request.
3. If your requested time is available you will receive an invoice for the full amount of your reservation plus 6% tax and 20% gratuity. Invoices must be paid within 1 day to confirm your reservation.
4. Once you have paid for your tea reservation, there are no cancellations or refunds. Please email us if you need to reschedule. We can only reschedule up to 1 week of your reservation.
5. Tea reservations are available for a maximum of 90 minutes. Please arrive promptly, but no sooner than 10 minutes before your reservation time as we do not have a waiting area.
*Dietary Restricted Menus - We are only able to offer gluten sensitive ($5.00 upcharge) or vegetarian options at this time. You MUST indicate your menu request at the time of your reservation request. We cannot guarantee special menus on the day of your reservation if it was not requested at the time of your reservation.
